Shipping Coverage We ship to all regions across Indonesia, including Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Maluku, and Papua.

Shipping Partners We work with trusted Indonesian courier services including JNE, J&T Express, SiCepat, AnterAja, and GoSend (same-day, Jabodetabek area).

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Same-day delivery (GoSend/GrabExpress): Same day, available in selected cities
  • Regular (REG): 2–5 business days
  • Express (YES/OKE): 1–2 business days
  • Cargo/heavy items: 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas (3T regions): 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination city, package weight, and selected courier. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our website for current offers.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business daysafter payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your package directly on the courier's website or app.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date with your order number and photos of the damage. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
